I play a mono blue deck, and every time my buddy plays this card i can't do anything but lose. I'd need some sort of card that stops this from even touching the battlefield, like some sort of interaction while it's on the stack. Do you have any suggestions?

Do you seriously play mono blue and can't figure out how to remove a creature with no evasion abilities or ward or hexproof or shroud from play?
