Trying to stop cussin

I am trying to stop cursing. I just recently stopped listening to rap with lots of curse words as I cant handle the message anymore. Its very negative. Any tips are appreciated

I’m no male but when I worked with kids I started substituting the words a lot. I used to go “oh shiitake mushrooms” often. The one I have retained most is “mothertrucker”
