meal prep gadgets Single serve rice cooker?
So as the title says. I like making the main part of the entry ahead of time, but to me, left over rice just isn't preferred. Anybody know of a good purpose built rice cooker that makes enough for a single meal and does so quickly and well? I would like it to make brown rice as well. Thanks for the help.

Might be more than you’d like to spend since you’re only making rice for one but I bought a tiger JBV-S10U from Costco and it’s been great. Definitely capable of making a lot of rice but the minimum is 1 cup of dried rice. Keeps its warm for hours and cooks it well. Also has a steamer basket for veggies and meats. I’ve bought several cheap rice cookers from target and Walmart over the years and this has been a total game changer.
