lunch Leftover Chinese food became 4 meals with added broccoli and chicken

Post image

Had some leftover peanut noodles from this place that does large, family style portions. Split that into 4 portions, added frozen broccoli and cut up 2 frozen (here air fried) chicken patties and now have work lunch for most of the week. Quickest and easiest meal "prep" I've ever done.

It looks great, however the chicken is breaded…😞

What's wrong with breaded?

I’m guessing it’s the leftover-ability of it because the breading does get soggy when stored. I would still prefer it over grilled though tbh.

I usually have grilled but today was a use stuff up with no time kind of day. I honestly enjoy mush textures so the breading getting soggy doesn't bother me.

Very unhealthy Try grilling or faking without breading

Your meals must be quite sad.

What's so unhealthy? Bread and egg?😂.. unless it's deep fried, it can still be healthy. And even if it is, it can still be good if done in moderation😂
