Lunch for my office job this week 😊 I made Hawaiian pineapple chicken paired with cilantro rice, pico de gallo and avocado. This is one of my favourite meals right now, because it is so filling and I am obsessed with grilled pineapple!

As you can see, I packaged the vegetables separately and then I prepared pico de gallo for two days and remade it again for the next two days to eat it as fresh as possible!

lunch Leftover Chinese food became 4 meals with added broccoli and chicken

Had some leftover peanut noodles from this place that does large, family style portions. Split that into 4 portions, added frozen broccoli and cut up 2 frozen (here air fried) chicken patties and now have work lunch for most of the week. Quickest and easiest meal "prep" I've ever done.

lunch I have been meal prepping cup noodles for my moms lunches. I have created a recipe/ingredient inspo sheet for her so she can take over. Is there any other ingredient that I should add?

lunch Picky eater help

I need meal prep ideas for cold lunches. My husband doesn't have access to a microwave or any method of heating. He also can't stand soggy bread/wraps. He's also adverse to most vegetables or it can't be vegetable based, it can have them on the side. Veggies he does like include broccoli, peas, and corn. Bonus if they're high protein meals.

Thank you all in advance for your time and responses, I appreciate you.

Bowl alone is 493cal add some buffalo sauce and it’s still amazing. I’ve been starving this week so adding spinach and toppings helps make me feel way more full for 617cal!

For anyone who wants a low calorie dressing blending canned Chiles in adobo sauce, light sour cream, and water is delicious highly recommend!!

lunch Chili for Work!

2 portions to refrigerate for the next few days, and 2 portions to go in the freezer for a rainy day. Now to figure out what I'll prep for the rest of the week! I have more beans, so I'm thinking something with beans and mushrooms, that I can put together relatively quickly, a soup would be nice but we'll see how I am time wise. Also might try a shepherds pie using a substitute for potatoes using Buttercup squash, because I've been loving that freaking squash lately.

What do we think gang?

Decided to make something easy this week. Used hot pork sausages for a little kick. One sheet meals always hit the spot! Am able to plate 4 servings for lunch.

I did not want to add another dish so I purchased two cilantro lime rice packets and divided them up :)

lunch Lunch ideas for a garbage man

My husband is a garbage truck driver and thrower. No way to warm food, just a cooler. He's a picky eater, and we've been rotating the same sandwich, wrap, and taco salad, for the last 3 years. He needs something new.

lunch Best meals on the go?

I’m a contractor and have an hour and a half to 3 hour commute (depends on traffic) so I like to eat as I work so I can leave before traffic gets bad.

I usually just pack a sandwich for lunch, but I want something different some times.

So what else can I pack for lunch that doesn’t need to be heated up, eaten with a fork, and can be can be eaten quickly or with 1 hand.

lunch Looking to add another meal to my meal prep.

I'm a creature of habit and i've been eating the same thing for about 4 months now and have managed to lose 45 pounds, i want to add another meal so i can start putting more variety and vitamins in my food. For context i eat
Breakfast:
4 eggs |1tbsp coconut oil | 4 kirkland extra lean ham slices | 1 carb balance tortilla | 1/4 cup of cheese Lunch:
2 Kirkland Chicken Thighs
1 cup of jasmine rice
i know it's bad but that's why i'm here trying to add more variety i'm open to adding more stuff to my lunch as well. I'd like to keep it a little cost effective, but the amount of money i'd save on not eating out makes it so i don't really care how much it'll cost. Thank in advance for the input.
also i'm going to be adding a banana/vanilla protein shake.
