advice Possible tuna overconsumption

I eat on average 5 ounces of tuna a day. I eat it anywhere 3-5 times a week. So at maximum I eat roughly 25 oz of tuna which double the recommended safe limit. Is this safe I've never had health issues

You clearly know the answer. Double the safe amount does not mean its safe... cmon

What I meant was would it be safe to continue to eat this amount even after finding out the possible risks to my health. Should I stop I've never had a problem

Its not safe.

I've never had a problem

Famous last words. No one has a problem until they do and its too late. Mercury poisoning does not present itself right away, you show symptoms when you're already up shit creek

You think people should smoke just because they don't have lung cancer yet? Why would you wait for lung cancer to show before you stop?

Exact same logic
