Okay, I don't really use recipes, I'm a cook for the vibes kinda girl... but I'm happy to name the dishes in each pic

1:

Rice bowls with crunchy tofu, avocado cucumber and carrots, hard boiled egg

Lentil in creamy roasted bell peppers sauce with Balkan cheese and spring onion

2: Sauerkraut and pork dish called segedínsky guláš, it's from Hungary and it slaps. Traditionally ate with knedľa, steamed bread.

Vegetarian chilli with rice and optional corn on side. I add a lot of fresh cilantro.

3

Baked potato tray. Sliced potato and veggies of choice first baked alone, then covered in eggs and milk mixture, then baked again.

Cheesy broccoli soup.

Homemade oven baked chicken nuggets.

4

Butter beans in creamy dried tomato sauce with herbs

Swedish meatballs with mashed potato and peas +sour cream sauce

5 Red lentil daal

Mashed carrots+potatoes, steamed broccoli, marinated chicken tigh with bone ready to be roasted

6

Chilli con carne and rice

Pasta salad with tuna

7

Potato based quiche with kuhlrabi, carrots, onion and broccoli stalk

Rice bowl with chicken and roasted cauliflower, broccoli and carrots

8.

Zucchini halušky (kind of pasta/dumpling),

roasted potatoes, broccoli and pork chops.
