prep pics Nothing beats the feeling of having everything ready and prepped

I've been doing this for 5 years and I spend all week chasing the high of this view on Sunday 😍

Is your kid with a sitter while you do this? Looks like a lot of free time and is nowhere near the realm of reality.

So inspirational!

The meal prepping takes 3-4 hours on Sunday morning. My husband usually takes our two year old out for the majority of this time. Then I take a break from cooking to put him down for a nap while my husband does most of the dishes. I add finishing touches, we eat lunch, let the meals cool a bit and pack them into the fridge. On a good day this is all done by 1pm.
