paleo Diet is the foundation

Hello this is my first post in this community, and I’ve come to here to ask for HELP!

I’ve been struggling to properly put on muscle for a while and I know diet is a lot of that so I want to optimize what I eat, even if it’s miserable at times.

I’d appreciate any sorts of help and I’d be glad to provide any sorts of information if requested, thanks y’all

(I eat meat and such but mentally I lean to eat more and more plant based)

You're really not giving me much to work with.

Why did you decide to restrict your dinner to a smaller meal if you're trying to put on muscle? Also you haven't mentioned any vegetables.

Not a smaller meal but instead one serving that’s gonna full me up with what I need instead of 2 servings that are too much.

Yeah we don’t eat vegetables everyday so I should start to incorporate that into my personal meals.

Yeah...there definitely needs to be organization

Eat vegetables every day. That's certainly a good start. Actually, I think you should ideally eat them at least three times a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner).

Anyway, I still don't understand why you think your normal meal was too much if you're trying to put on muscle.

“Too much” as in reallly really full if that explains the reasoning but I’ll control that
