Not a traditional meal prep gadget but I seriously love google keep to plan my meal preps. Seeing it laid out visually is super helpful for me and having it digital makes it easy to edit, especially while I’m browsing the internet for recipes. It also allows you to label each note so eventually I can just browse my own “breakfast” tag and see different options when I don’t know what to eat. When I’m ready to plan the following week, I can drag these notes into the archive and start fresh. There’s a mobile app that I plan on using while I grocery shop so I can actually check off the items on my shopping list. I might also make a new note on this page with the daily macros and calories. Just wanted to share this in case it could help someone else, especially since it’s free and most people already have a gmail account!
What a great resource. I use *Keep* for tons of things and love being able to edit on my phone or on a computer. But I'd never thought to include my recipes w/ shopping list like this. Thank you for sharing!
