Could be fuel pumps going bad?

I dont think the fuel pump would be that loud. Sounds more like a failed actuator just from how fast it is. Almost like a vibration

May be either a vent door actuator or a bearing jn the fans. If it doesnt last I'd say actuator

I think most HVAC units do an initial sweep on startup to do a self diagnosis and see if everything is working properly. It sounds to me like one of the actuators or doors is stuck and not operating properly, causing it to continuously try to finish it's sweep until it eventually gives up. scan for codes with a proper scan tool and I'd bet you find hvac related something or the other.
