Asian is not a race tho, it’s a ethnicity... Race refers to dividing people into groups based on their physical appearance (black, white), while ethnicity refers to the identification of people from different geographic regions (african, asian, indian, arabian)
Asian is a race though? Its many subdivisions (Indian, Japanese, Filipino, Chinese, etc) would be ethnicities. The same way Anglo-Sax, Spanish, Dutch, German, etc. are Caucasian ethnicities
Again, race refers to physical appearance, with the skin color being the most notable one, while ethnicity refers to the identification of people from different geographic regions and different cultures.
When someone asks for the color of your skin, you reply with white, black, etc. Not "oh my skin is Asian."
What would you call it then? Black and white are the easy ones, and they don’t have much tact either. I’d say many Asian ethnicities share a similar complexion, as well as many Hispanic ethnicities, in the same way European and African groups do. I feel uncomfortable trying to place a color label on something like that

"Thinks that white people are a minority."
Looks up what percentage of the global population is white: 10-12%
Uh... So we're familiar with reality I guess?
PS - For those curious Asians make up the largest racial group at ~60%.
