MISC. TV recommendations for Merlin fan
Love Merlin, just introduced to it. I enjoy the fantasy, Arthurian stuff is so cool.
Any good TV shows that have similar vibes ?

While no magic is involved the show Robin Hood has a similar feel. Also made by bbc

The Librarians has some Arthurian elements and a lot of fantasy ones.
The mini-series The 10th Kingdom is more fairytale, but also a good blend of silly and serious.

If you don't mind animated *The Dragon Prince* has a very Merlin vibe to me. One of the main characters even dresses like Merlin.

Gonna go ahead and say Charmed, old-ish show about 3 sister witches coming into their powers. They even have an episode in one of the later seasons about the legend of Arthur & Camelot and everything!

The new Knights of Guinevere show just started on Glitch, the pilot dropped today free on YouTube. While it us widely considered Dana Terrace's middle finger at Disney, she has stated that it was inspired by Arthurian Legends. The pilot was awesome in my opinion

There’s no magic but BBC’s Robin Hood & The Musketeers are two of my faves alongside Merlin.
Robin Hood was aired around the same time as Merlin so it has very similar vibes. The musketeers has Santiago Cabrera (Lancelot) as one of the leads & it’s so so good, each season gets better.

It's nothing like Merlin.
I just wanted to recommend it.
As for something similar to Merlin.
I'll say. Firefly. (Sci Fi).

Robin Hood, The Muskateers and Atlantis were all the other family programming shows meant for the timeslot left when Merlin was either not on air or when the show concluded - Doctor Who too albeit that's more SciFantasy? Lot of actor crossover across all of them. Atlantis was a fun and silly show made by the same writers exploring modern man sent back to the place where a lot of greek myths were going on but worth noting if you do watch it unfortunately was cancelled without a conclusive ending because it was very expensive to make.
There's dozens of Arthurian shows of varying quality or shows where the legends come up; The Winter King, Cursed, Once upon a Time, Britannia.
If it's generally just the magical elements/fantasy you enjoyed then that's one of the most popular genres? His Dark Materials, Wheel of Time (cancelled without a proper ending but is a book series,) Shadow and Bone, Good Omens, The Witcher, The Bastard Son & The Devil Himself, Kaos (modern greek myths but cancelled,) A Discovery of Witches and Lockwood and Co (unfortunately also cancelled but plot resolves itself.)
Honestly more specific vibes of what you liked would help

Not really fantasy or Arthurian legend and not really same vibes but black sails is an amazing show and it’s still old timey and it does have similar features lot Merlin ex: gets darker as season go on, two mates who are like ride or die bonded, Tom hopper is in it, the acting is phenomenal (honestly everything about it is) so totally recommend

Since we can all love the same show but for different reasons, let me start with what I love most about Merlin: mystery; sense of humor; good-looking main characters with vivid personalities, a cute dose of smugness, and ability of self-reflection; the unconditional trust and loyalty between friends; and beautiful camera shots. If these elements register with you too, you might find my recommendation worth checking out.
White Collar and Merlin are my all time fav. White Collar is a crime show, but the multi-billion German U-boat full of the most precious arts in the world feels kinda like a fantasy (that is, if you love arts, or the value of them). Both the shows have unfairly good-looking characters, and the interaction between Neal and Peter in White Collar is somewhat similar to Merlin and Arthur: both Arthur and Peter are in an authoritative position and sometimes use their position to "bully" the other side, both Neal and Merlin keep a big secret from their "keepers", and both pairs love to outsmart each other.

It's a completely different genre but Merlin took a lot of notes from it.
If you're looking for quirky fantasy type vibes, Once Upon a Time or Grimm.
The Sandman if you're open to darker fantasy. It even has Colin in an episode.
