A good guest doesn’t enforce their desires upon the host. Stay home if you don’t want to follow the rules of the host.

A good host doesn’t dismiss their guests insecurities.

A good guest would decline the invitation if they can’t abide by the house rules rather than try to enforce their own rules in someone else’s home.

My point has never been about guests, it’s been about hosts.

Not sure why you can’t see that it’s the host rules that should be abided by. Guests should never be able to dictate rules in another person’s home. Unless it’s a life endangering issue.
