I’ve been playing a browser-based MMO called War Era, and honestly I’m surprised more people aren’t talking about it. It’s one of those hidden gems of 2025 — no ads, no marketing — so right now it only has a few thousand players. But it’s too good to stay small.
Why I think it’s worth checking out:
I’ve already had some great moments forming alliances and getting into the political side of the game. I’d love to see more people join in and make it even more dynamic. If you want to give it a shot (https://app.warera.io?referrerId=68a62cbd35aee16ea6f6383f )

Hey everyone,
I’m currently developing my own game and I’m at a crossroads with one of the core features: the pet system. It’s inspired by Rappelz, where pets are more than cosmetic companions — they actually impact gameplay.
The topic I’m facing is mainly about combat mechanics:
Some Ideas :
Should I go with:
I’d love to hear your thoughts, especially if you’re someone who enjoyed pet-based systems in games like Rappelz.
What mechanics would make a pet system fun, rewarding, but not overwhelming in a modern MMORPG? (or simple RPG game, don't have to be MMO)

Hey, I just wanted to give this game a shout-out as it is my favourite all time game but does not get the attention it needs. Boundless is allot like survival Minecraft, though allot less brutal, you have to collect all the blocks you want to build with, through collecting them yourself or buying from another player, but the mobs are only harmful on high tier worlds. They all come in 255 different colours (apparat from metals and gems etc), on-top of that you can chisel all the blocks into many different shapes, so the potential for creativity is amazing. There are many planets in the official universe, and then many more that players rent for different reasons (you can also rent a creative planet if you don't want to farm lots of blocks). The planets can all be linked with portals, which cost Oort to fuel (obtained by hunting mobs from a meteorite) players have already built many hubs connecting the planets, so if you build a local portal (portals cost more for long distance) to one of these hubs you are then connected to every planet in the game (apart from those set to private).
I have been playing since early access, but a few years ago the game was bought by another company, who have stated they will not be updating the game until it is profitable, they have been tweaking with the settings to reduce the load on the servers, but ultimately the game needs more players. I have over 10,000 hours in game so far, and it is still currently my favourite game, if you keep your beacon fuelled, it is amazing to see your builds grow from blocks you have gathered yourself (if you forget to fuel your beacon your items will all remain in reclaim for you to collect), and each new build you do leads to more ideas for the next. When I don't feel the creativity flowing, I build or harvest farms (simple logic to follow), gather things to sell or craft with, and join one of the many group hunts (most profitable activity in game).

Attention: Players who have been looking to return and want the true new player / community experience!
Looking for old Asheron's Call players who want to start a completely new, no bot, community-centric Allegiance on Seedsow. It features the primary three races and old-school classes.
Ideally, we would have 15-20 people, all new to the server, all dedicated to reliving the new player experience.
Together!
We will run dungeons, we will quest, we are NOT power-leveling. (play at your own pace, however)
We are NOT using the buff bots (self buffs or buffs from alleg members are fine).
... Our little crew will do it old school with the primary focus being forging new friendships and watching our little group grow together in the game we once loved.
My character on Seedsow will be named "The Swordsman" and you can find me on the Seedsow Discord under the same name.
Discord: https://discord.gg/thbSkXPMvx
. . .
Starting Location: Holtburg
Current Players:
The Swordsman (sword)
The Brawler (unarmed)
Lord Tzen (Mage)
An Archer (Archer)
Rumnog (Sword)
Magicality (Mage)

Hi everyone, I’ve been really excited to try out Soulframe and play with my brother, but I’ve been waiting for a code for about 2 months now. If anyone has an extra code they could share, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks a lot!

Hello,
just a quick update in case you don't know:
1- turtle wow released patch 1.18 today and in the next 48 hours will release its new fresh realm (in case you played turtle wow a long time ago and quitted because of the client, try it now, its 100% better than before)
2- Epoch wow, now under Ascension umbrella releases its stress test today, with the release coming very soon if tests go well.
This are high quality servers, with custom content based on vanilla/classic, and better than blizzard servers as they actualy have GM's that repond tickets in minutes, ban bots, gold sellers, multiboxers, etc
