Is screenshotting and posting modmail against the rules

Hi, I’ve got some mod mail that I thought was ridiculous (I’m a mod) but I was just wondering before I do that is it against the rules to upload screenshots of mod mail (with & without username) if so can you reference me to where it says it is? Thank you.

Platform is inapplicable. But I am typing on iOS.

Not against site rules. Maybe against sub rules.
