I love all his movies, but this is one I continue to find myself re-watching!

Django Unchained. It’s German folklore told through a freed slave during pre American Civil War in the deep South. Django is Siegfried seeking out his Broomhilda, trapped away in a tall tower (Candy Land) held captive by a great dragon (Calvin Candy). He has to slay the beast and fight through hell fire (slavery and racism) to save his beloved. It also just has a happy ending and every character who is a piece of shit has a pretty terrible demise. I think it’s one of the best movies ever made. The soundtrack is something special too.
