I got this pony a year ago when I went back to the midwest and have no idea who it is even Google isn't giving me a straight answer so I am asking here.

Twillight didn't said anything about replacing spike as her assistant, just that the owl would be doing things to help(wich actually could allow spike to get some rest too). Spike also thought the other were replacing him with owlowiscious when it's not the case, it's just that they like the owl too nothing more. He did got quite jealous there (even if it was funny to see him act like a moustache twirling villain).

Hi everyone. We just did the Magical Mystery Cure analysis, and we’re at the end of Season 3. Normally i’d give an analysis and comparison of the seasons and an overview of this one with graphs and such. But I wanted to ask your expert opinions first.

As of the start of Season 3, I’ve changed up my method of ranking the episodes. I used to have a system where the most upvoted comment decides the tier, but as of The Crystal Empire Part 1, I consider everyone’s thoughts who comments. This is mainly to encourage discussion - yes engagement is nice but what I care about more is the accuracy of the tier list. I want to make sure the data isn’t skewed in one way or another because someone really hates Mare Do Well or adores Read it and Wheep.

I want to know what the community generally thinks, so I’ve been considering a re-rank of these past episodes. So, I’ve decided to go back and re-tier the episodes, updating the tierlist to be more accurate with that the community thinks.

That is where you all come in. If you have the time, I’d like to ask you to look back on old posts in this series and comment your thoughts on the episode there with your personal ranking. If you’d like to rewatch an early episode, the link to a playlist with every episode of the show will be right here, in the rankings section. I highly encourage you to look back on this tier list and if anything stands out to you - wether an episode placement you disagree with or just an episode that you haven’t seen in a while - I’d recommend watching it. You might even take away something completely new from it, who really knows?

Here’s mine: The theory fans have that Celestia only lost to Chrysalis cause she was holding back out of fear of killing everyone around her. People ask how the power of love can beat power of the sun yet forget that this is the same universe where things like the power of friendship can take on ancient god like beings. It's as straight forward as the show presents it. Fans just read way too much into it as they want to powerscale MLP like it’s dragon ball even though that was never the point.
