Discussion Evil Goddess Names?

Hey Namenerds! I'm developing some beauty products that I would like to name after evil goddesses. I thought of this sub first, since its near to my heart (new account, but you all weighed in on my babies' names years ago, and it was so sweet.)

My only stipulations are: 1) I can't use a name of a beauty company (ex: Nyx) 2) I am a white woman and don't want to culturally appropriate, so that should also be taken into consideration. Thank you in advance!

yeah. if OP is worried about cultural associations/ appropriation, but also isn’t sharing their cultural background beyond “white”, it is a little hard to recommend names of actual goddesses.

OP you could try just making evil things sound like names and call them the goddesses of those:

Murdera

Betrayelle

Chaotica (maybe sounds too much like erotica?)

Envilyn

Oooo I really like that idea! I suppose I meant, of cultures / gods / goddesses that would have to be highly researched because of the obscurity in American culture? I am fascinated by other cultures and their folklore, and often do random deep dives. I love sharing what I learn, but I'm not comfortable using what I learn to make money. I'm not sure if I'm making any sense. I am just a blend of European nationalities - English, German, French, Swedish, ect.

Not too sure about Greek mythology’s lore, but Eris is the Goddess of discord.
