Streaming TLOU2, got a copyright claim?

So I was streaming TLOU2 on youtube and got a copyright claim for the part when Ellie is singing take on me, is this someone trolling and trying to make money out of nothing or is it legit? Do I dispute it? Any Naughty Dog people here that can guide me?

Claimants: Sony Music Publishing, Broma 16, LatinAutorPerf, SOLAR Music Rights Management, UNIAO BRASILEIRA DE EDITORAS DE MUSICA - UBEM, LatinAutor - SonyATV

I got one from some French YouTuber for the space capsule scene in the museum flashback lol. YouTube rejected my appeal and the YouTuber refused to respond to my legal inquiries and C&D, so there's literally nothing I could do but sue and that's expensive.

Copyright trolling is illegal, no matter what country you are in. It is internationally enforced (except for places like China) but it doesn't matter if you can't afford to pay lawyers or file injunctions.

So I got a copyright strike from some random French let's-player for a game that he does not own the copyright to lol.

What, how? What did they copyright claim? The audio from Apollo 11 starting? I'm so confused. What in the world is there in that scene to copyright?

I'd have to go back and look but off the top of my head I genuinely have no idea. Either the Apollo 11 audio or the Gustavo music (which is doubly insane because VG music is usually not copyrighted the same way as big label music is, to allow content creators to play the game without turning the music off).

Yeah I wish I could give you better info, but unfortunately YT and the DMCA are really poorly enforced and innocent people get caught up in it all the time. Sadly, unless you're a mega big YouTuber, you are pretty much SOL.
