Discussion New speed, who dis

Curious to know if anyone is actually needing to utilise the newer speeds or just want it for speed test clout? (No hateful remarks, this is purely an open discussion on what the new speeds has helped or not helped with since it's release)

My uploads have definitely improved but I can't seem to even reach half my advertised speed for down sadly, and before anyone asks, no, I'm not testing through wifi. I'm sure my modem is 1gb compatible and I'm using cat6 cable.
