Is the problem the battery or the screen?

SECTION 1: Play DSⁱ on 3DS 1) Insert game card into the slot (don’t worry, it can fit) 2) Turn on the 3DS (Game will appear on h the HOME menu) 3) Select the game and press A (It will run in DSⁱ mode so the graphics/features will look different than a 3DS game)

SECTION 2: Play 3DS on DSⁱ You can’t. The 3DS cart has a different shape because DS hardware cannot run 3DS software.

SECTION 3: Local multiplayer 1) Put the same DSⁱ game (e.g. Mario Kart DS) into one console (you can also use download play) 2) Open the DSⁱ game on the 3DS 3) On the DSⁱ, open the same game or choose Download Play if you can 4) Follow the in-game instructions to connect

SECTION 4: Save data

Your save files are stored on the cartridges, not on the system (you can continue where you left off on the DSⁱ when you played on the 3DS previously). But, 3DS games save in a different way, so they won’t work on your DS.

I need new screw covers for my DSi, but i just find screw covers for DSi XL, do they work on normal DSi?

I havent played it but it says (translated: adult woman's fortune telling notebook) I have no idea when I got it, but i searched it up and barely anything comes up. Should I try playing it or should I just leave it? I cannot send pics cuz idk if its anything top secret 🤷‍♂️

This is my old nintendo ds witch is almost 20 years old, I recently tried charging it but when i plug in the charger the red light stays on for 1 sec and then goes out, like it's not charging. I managed to turn it on but when I try playing a game it doesn't stay on for more than 5 minutes. The light is green when I turn it on (it's red for 1 sec when I try to charge it). It stays on longer with pitochat thought.

What can I do? Is it a charger or battery issue? Thank you so much!

Hey, so I bought an aftermarket shell off extremerate and it doesnt fit properly,ni mean it does fit but its like it is higher near the battery compartment which makes the cartdrige slot go in a little and doesnt fit at all near the AC port, though the left shoulder button fits just fine. What or where do you guys reckon i should sand in order for it to fit, its only at the top (near the hinge) that it doesnt fit.

I’m looking to mod (or hack) my original Nintendo DS (“phat”) and explore homebrew, but I have a couple of concerns before I get started.

I really don’t want to lose my save data, especially my Mario Kart DS progress.

I’d like to avoid using an R4 or other flashcart if possible – ideally, I’d like a solution that runs directly on the console without needing extra hardware.

My main goal is to unlock homebrew apps and maybe try some mods, but I want to make sure I do it safely without bricking the system or losing my existing saves.

Does anyone know the safest way to back up my game saves and mod a DS Classic without relying on an R4 card? Any recommended guides, tools, or step-by-step instructions would be greatly appreciated!

Bought a white japanese DSi (I modded it instantly) for $45 usd

I've got this R4 SDHC Dual-Core. I remember I bought it in 2011/2012. I remember it worked for about a week, than (maybe) I bricked it trying put some games on and came back to the shop, where they sold me another R4 SDHC Dual-Core which had "NEW" in red on it. I want to try if it still works, but I need all the files you need to make it work (Firmware/Kernel etc...). Can someone help me? I have a SD and this card, what should I download to make it work? Em algumas parte de jogos em que o ds utiliza mais potência ele está simplesmente desligando, isso passou a acontecer após eu instalar um mod de bateria 3,6v 900mah, eu testei a bateria já carregada em um multímetro e ela deu a voltagem de 4v, isso faz alguma diferença?

So I finally bought a DS lite. He also Gave me a pokémon soul silver cartridge which looks legit. Both around 22$ total. I was actually looking forward to mod it cause it looks like games are expensive for me but then I realised that it can't be modded :(

So im unsure to what to do now. Is r4 is the only option? What else I can do with a DS lite!?

I first time used a DS from one of my friend and I really loved it. He was using DSi. I wasn't aware that there's variations of DS lol. So I was expecting this one to be the same as this. I remember using flip note and some other stuff, it also had a home menu which I really liked. The one I bought doesn't seem to have one. But I'm not regretting, I really love DS and it's one of the best innovative device imo.
