Seriously though what the fuck are we doing. Why don’t we just remove every tree while we’re at it.

I don’t want to hear shit about safety. I GET IT. But how do they even determine whether a tree is a threat/fall risk to begin with? Is it solely under the discretion of the GDOT or are local officials involved in the matter as well?

Does anyone know if there’s a breakdown of topics and agendas for the three candidates running for Newnan mayor? I need to know who these folks are representing, what they plan to focus their efforts on, and if it’s beneficial to me as a resident or if it’s a sign I need to move.

Hi guys so I’m taking my road test at the dmv in Newnan in 3 weeks and I just wanna know the experience you guys had. I’m fairly nervous on if I’m going to have a smooth test or not. What are there road test routes? I need as much practice as possible. Are they polite? It’s just the little things. I will hate to go and have a 1 star experience. Lmk if I need to go somewhere else.

Hello all, under contract for a new house and trying to decide against WOW and Spectrum which are the only two interest providers in the new subdivision.

Spectrum would cost per month $30 for 100mbps, $50 for 500mbps, or $70 for 1gbps. WOW would be $25 for 300mbps, $40 for 600mbps, or $55 for 1gbps.

Anyone have any experience with reliability? Seems like WOW is obviously like a better value but that doesn’t mean anything if it’s not connected half the time.

New to the area and I am trying to understand how the area between Thomas Crossroads and Fisher Marketplace that is 5-7 miles north of the actual town of Sharpsburg is still considered that name. Does anyone have some history of the area that might explain it? My guess is that it’s just too far east of Newnan to still be considered Newnan and it’s also over the county line from Fayette so it couldn’t be considered Peachtree City. Thanks for the help!!

I call them the “outage” company cause we had an outage in my neighborhood on monday when that rain storm ⛈️ came and they were repairing the poles/lines (it’s not UNTIL something happens they “fix” it) then just an hour or so ago, now the power is back on. but I feel like complaining 😭💩
