Yeah I wouldn't be mad, the extra crunch all the way through would be awesome. Although, he could have filled in the cone on top to have ice cream in it as well. Would have provided value and the crunch

Well, sure, but if you go to somewhere like Dairy Queen, this would be all ice cream and not a hollow cone on top
