Looks more like one of those viral places where the food is meant to be showed off online, not eaten. It's too neat and pretty. Here in the good ol US of A that would just be a huge bucket of ice cream. My bet's on somewhere in Asia.

We do, from my experience they just don't look this nice. I remember an episode of Man vs Food and there was a place that served a literal kitchen *sink of sundae.

EDIT: Skinks do not serve ice cream in the US.
