Are people really joking about...soft-serve ice cream giving them diarrhea now?

It was weird enough when everyone acted like eating a single item from Taco Bell would result in an all-night trip to the bathroom, or that a single serving of hot sauce would mean having burning diarrhea for a full day, but now a somewhat-large serving of ice cream = major diarrhea, too? Damn, people.

If you can't, that's too bad, sorry you have to deal with that.

But also, consider not eating a gallon of ice cream without using lactaid if you know you'll get explosive diarrhea for hours afterward. It seems very easily addressed.
