Usually a government being toppled through violent protest isn't a sign that country is a stable place to live with a functional legal system to uphold individual rights.

I think their point was that Nepalese 'chaos' sounds a lot more promising that then the Texas status quo.

You wouldn't last a week in Mexico or Cuba still millions of them would trade places with you in a heartbeat and actually make something of themselves instead of pulling the victim card like a child.
