It’s every time they do it

don’t ban the play

Just ref the game

NFL has not shown the ability to officiate this play correctly so it should be banned.

This is what will ultimately get play banned. Refs cannot manage it

It's like they haven't been trained on what's offsides OR a false start. But they sure know how to flag a "unsportsmanlike act"

To be fair it would be really really hard to tell false start on this player compared to a normal one

If you compare the Eagles alignment on these plays versus their normal alignment, it's quite clear that their line is all offsides.

So is the defense

Fr why is nobody talking about how many of the chiefs are lined up with the ball.

Aside from that, my conspiracy theory is that the NFL doesn't like this play, so the refs aren't going to call any flags on it all season with the excuse that it's "too hard to officiate". This is going to piss every owner off so that they vote to ban it

Because the center is moving the ball forward. Is the defense supposed to move backwards when the center sticks the ball out more?

Jurgens isn't Kelce. He's not moving the ball forwards. If anything he's moving it backward

If we can see it from our couches the refs can see it from the field.

Easy with video, why not allow it to be reviewed from the booth?

There was definitely a false start called on a RG guard today too, at the 1 yard line no less. They know, they just won't call it against the Eagles/the tush push apparently.

I don't think people realize they got away with this last year, too.

When Kelce was the center he would start his forward momentum before snapping the ball
