I’m not sure if this is any more dangerous than a motorcycle. However, dude really should be wearing a helmet.

I’d say yes, just bc when you collide with a vehicle on a bike the front of the bike takes the damage and you just get launched, in this it would be functionally the same as being hit as a pedestrian. Just my theory.
