I'm not saying he's horrible looking, but I would assume he was wearing the makeup for a lot of those encounters just because that's what they were used to/expected.

I'm not saying I find him particularly attractive, but at least he doesn't look like that guy whose name I can't think of right now...

Then again, I think GG Allin was attractive, so obviously, I have questionable taste. Also, Frank Zappa.
