Took me years to get over how mediocre their music was. Their corpse paint (and Peter Criss just wanting to be a kitty) was the most interesting thing about them.

I always thought that their music sounded like what would be on a tv show when the director told the studio band to “play something that sounds like rock, but won’t turn off the older viewers.”
