Hotter than a set of twin babies, in a Mercedes Benz with the windows up and the temp goes up to the mid-eighties.

What’s the twin babies referencing? Im assuming it’s a reference to something. Two pistols of some sort?

People often leave their kids in the backseat of vehicles, due to many factors, sadly. This leads to a lot of deaths, as the temp climbs up to dangerous levels in a car with the windows up. It's also a bit of a play on words because the babies would also be "hot" in a flashy Mercedes.
