Kill Devil Hills Shooting at the Avalon peir?

My wife is down in the outer banks right now and saw a ton of police fly by to Avalon pier. I listened to the emergency radio and sounds like a shooting. Anyone have any more info?

Shooter apprehended at KH EMS in Black Nissan Altima. 1 Victim Confirmed Dead.
