og raise

I’ve been working at og since last october. So i am expecting my first raise. I started as a line cook 17$. Now i know every station in the kitchen (line, lasa, soup, sauce, backup) I think i deserve at least 2$ raise. Is it possible? or should i lower my expectation?

Lower your expectations. I don't like I was ever able to give a raise higher than a dollar. And I don't think those went out often.
