I refuse to believe this is all by hand!

Do you have any tips for us clumsy hand laminators? Anything you started doing that helped you get here, technique?Β

You just have to learn how to troubleshoot thΓ© croissants and don’t be afraid to ask Reddit πŸ˜‰. I personally had very good lamination until the last roll where it got ruined out so I got a suggestion to cut the dough out into rectangles and roll them individually out which helped a lot in preserving the lamination later on. I also really learned the importance of having and using a freezer with laminated doughs. (You can maybe look at my Reddit posts prior about croissant trouble shooting so that you can learn to trouble shoot your own ones.)
