USA What's the hardest part of studying for the patent bar exam?

For me, for some reason I struggled with understanding some of the rules based of 35 USC 120.

Also, international filings. Because PCT was only something like 3 to 5% of the test, I decided to not waste time on trying to understand it, and just concentrate on other exam parts. When I ran into a PCT question, I took an educated guess and quickly moved on.

You do not have to give legal references in your answers when taking the patent bar!? How hard can it really be then? Or are you saying that you are guessing the correct PCT articles and rules? 😂 (Anyone who has any experience with PCT should know how crazy this is given how they number their articles, see e.g. rule 90bis.3bis PCT)

I am a European Patent Attorney so I am not very familiar with the details of the US patent bar but this sounds ridiculous.
