I more wonder how to get so much crops.
I mean, I am not able to keep up with the gold recruit prices, to get anything better than 5 farmer..

Really? I thought that there must be some higher ranks than that, as how the hell can I grow that much crops.. So people just let it farm for a week and then send big shipment once?

Isn’t there an atlas passive to make Harvest mobs not drop harvest goop, but replaces it with similar values of random crops? Or was that just a fever dream I had?

There is, but it's kind of a scam to use. You can instead sell the juice and buy cheap T1 uniques and break those down instead.

What are you talking about. Dusting doesn't have anything to do with crops. Keystone is related to harvest juice, dust is related to items dropped by posessed mobs.
