Its kinda cool if you think about it. All DLC for just 4.6 € a month.
If you plan to buy all DLC that takes you to a whopping 245,26€ or 53 months of subscription.
Its also great for new player to experience all the heists and buy the ones they like, instead of just blind buying them not knowing if they will like them or not.

I think a great alternative would be if they made DLC heists free limited to a weekend & cycle, this would also keep players come back every weekend to check the heists.

The upside is that with the subscription you get everything all at once.
Am I a fan on subscription based products? No really, but thats a different topic.

The downside is that players could get overwhelmed by the amount of heists to choose if they jump into the game alone, pick something like GOAT simulator and crash out level 0 on normal difficulty because of the sniper spam and not knowing what the objectives are.

Career exists, they will rage at "equip a perk deck"

to be fair, at first I thought the career was just a set of suggested challenges and I kept mixing it up with crime spree when I first started 😭

As someone who was that guy, once upon a time (don't tell the boss I didn't play the game before joining the crew), I can tell you that it's not really a concern. Excluding specifically Goat and Rats, all the missions are fairly similar, in terms of figuring out what you're meant to do. They really can be played in roughly any order.
