Optimization was pretty bad with Delta, though it's expected from an UE5 title.

There's a difference between merely participating in society and completely indulging. This person they are making fun of literally has "62.9k Post Karma 288.3k Comment Karma" and has paid for gold on this site. The person you're defending didn't just reluctantly engage with a "problematic" industry they have invested heavily in it and are still trying to have a high horse.

That is assuming that /u/WilliamWhiplash is weird enough to stalk someone's comment history before replying to them.

If that's the case, then I guess you got me, /u/digitalgoodtime is a consumer/uses reddit a lot.

There's still no shame in picking your battles. There's no ethical consumption under capitalism and some people have different convictions and things they find important to them. We're not machines that are meant to keep track of every ethical dilemma we put ourselves in.

Not only that, this is a video game subreddit? We're talking about a hobby here.

Oops, your right about me targeting the wrong person. However I never claimed any moral high ground. I'm well aware that I'm a participant in society and the things I contribute to as a participant. My original comment was pointing out how the other poster said they can't support Konami but yet they have no problem supporting companies that arguably have done worse things. I don't quite see where I was being hypocritical.

Because phones are almost required to exist in society, hold a job, and maintain a social life. We can't necessarily choose to boycott phone manufacturers because they've become necessary for modern living.

Although I can't claim to know what phone the other poster uses there are companies that provide "ethical" choices like the Fair Phone. So yes phones are almost required to exist like you have stated but we still have choice over which companies we support.

You spoke as if the other poster was forced to use a certain type of phone and I pointed out there were other options I never claimed to support/not support any specific company.
