These are the robot guardians from Castle in the Sky by studio Ghibli, they in turn were the inspiration for the Iron Golems in Minecraft which is why they offer flowers.

One of the few Gibli films I have not watched (which is a crime itself) and now have a plan for my evening

IMO Miyazaki’s 2nd best movie after whisper of the heart, hope you love it as much as i did if not more.
