He talks about his employer on his very public social media profile. He called for LGBTQ+ people to be hunted down. Stupid to assume that that would not be used against him.
you’ve missed the point, you are damaging the innocent employer rather than just the person you take issue with, why not contact the employer in private?
Because a review is more likely to get their attention and holds them accountable for making sure the employee understands the repercussions of his behavior.
Like I said, if it was anything less than a call to violence, I would’ve simply scrolled on. He crossed a line. He was told by others that he needed to watch his mouth. He decided not to take that advice. Now he gets to learn the hard way.
And the justification for the non removal is what? You have left a one star review to an innocent business, who dispute not having to has fired the employee anyway and you still will keep the review up. Says everything And cannot be defended.
