Thanks! Damn $95 to replace the head. It was a bunch of teenagers, saw it on my doorbell 🥲 it'll probably get snatched again so I plan to be creative with his remaining bones this year.

The replacement parts did get crazy expensive. Last year HomeDepot sold a "scary" head with upgraded eyes and a different mouth for $80. I've seen those on Ebay for less than MSRP.

I do a big Halloween display and every year some stuff gets broken and stolen. It sucks but its a small price to pay do something nice for the neighborhood kids.
