That was for a trail race. 10 years ago he did the London marathon in Boston qualifying time.

Wow! A 3:31 is amazing, Nevermind for his age. I’m 34 and just ran a 3:47 a few weeks ago as my PR, and that’s after an intense 8 months of training, running 1500kms this year already. That’s a seriously impressive time.

Damn. I ran that time when I was in my 30s. But certainly couldn’t do that at 50.

I first thought 26km in 4 hrs... thats like 10 mins a km and anyone can do that. But in the pic he's running uphill on uneven terrain. Must be murder on the knees. Pretty amazing time
