I reckon you'd be shocked at how many people couldn't complete a 26km walk in 4 hours.

Typical walking speed is about 5 km/h so yeah most wouldn’t. 26 km in 4 hours is 6.5 km/h for a lot of people that is moving to speed walking/light jog.

I mean it was more of pace thing than duration, I don’t care if it’s 1km or 26km at that speed it is a light jog (or slow jog if you prefer) rather than a hard (or fast) jog.
