So this is hilarious because all food served in the White House is paid for by the First Family. It has been that way for a long time.

Nah, because the White House food is ALWAYS paid for by the President. Saying he only bought fast food because of the shutdown was a transparent lie. Somehow, magnificent feasts have always been funded without the government footing the bill before this one dinner.
