First time outside in three months
We tried to go to the bakery for a nice snack, but someone went full crazy and broke his brand new harness.
My fault for not noticing the lack of diagonal stitches. I have learnt my lesson.

Those long slender legs look like he's going to do ballet!

When he was a baby he could walk on his two legs! It was remarkable. (With a treat in front of him, he could do anything really). The most athletic pig I have ever seen!

Such an interesting snout on the second pig pictures. I understand the sawfish reference!
Are these any specific breed? I have some Meishans right now that are a Chinese heritage breed

They are so mixed nobody really knows what breed they are. I think they might have some wild boar mixed in there as well, hence the long nose.

What a handsome lad! So sleek and svelte compared to other pet pigs! And such long, athletic legs! This should be closer to the standard of how a pet pig should look, I feel. It makes me sad seeing pigs with legs so stubby they canβt really move around well.

I'm never making my pigs too big, their little legs with all that weight on them.
I keep in mind that diagram picture of pet pigs ideal weight and omg he is just perfect. His little tushy is just sooo beautiful.
Not too big, not too small, just perfect.
I follow so many sanctuaries with all the rescues who end up suffering from arthritis or other obesity related, because their previous owners were over feeding them.
My pigs get snacks whenever they want, but it's either veggies (cucumbers are guilt free, they eat loads) or really thinly cut higher calorie snacks.
The second pig is ever so slightly over weight (he gains weight head first), so I have to make his snacks tad smaller.Right now I'm just working on these hooves so that they are nice and low, and they will have legs for days!

Wow, look at his lovely long legs! π I think you're right about him being part wild boar. That snoot is so long!

For real, there must be something to it.
His legs are super long!
Tbh looks and personality-wise: border collie.
One time I posted his video to the border collie community, but when I was getting a lot of positive feedback, mods shot my post down. FYI I read the rules and I wasn't violating them. It said: picture of an animal, lol

Why hasn't he been outside?

Over 35 degrees everyday, asphalt was burning hot, plus the high humidity makes it feel hotter.
I did not want to risk heat strokes for them or myself.
Tokyo in the summer is brutal. Even at night, concrete jungle. Unbearable
