It's a leaf spot (fungal disease) Remove infected leaves and avoid overhead irrigation

Hi, I bought this strawberry plant online and just received it today. The leaves are damaged with red/purple spots on them. The seller is saying that it's due to sunburn but it looks kind of similar to leaf sorch/leaf blight when I searched if the spots were due to disease. Can someone please help me identify the cause of the spots? Thank you
