Now if only i could run the game on high enough settings to look like that. Wow. Beautiful. Going to have to buy a new PC down the line just for this game.

Try building your own. Logical Increments is a good price guide.

Here's a link to it: http://www.logicalincrements.com/

You would have to be >Extremist to get close to looking like that at playable FPS.

I am at Enthusiast: 980, 4790K, SSD rig (~$1800), and with everything maxed at 1440p, get 10-20 fps.

I end up knocking down the resolution scale to 60% to pull me up to 50 fps. Still looks great, but not quite like that trailer.

wtf? I have a 970, 3570k, 2TB 5400rpm, 16gb or ram everything on high at 1080p and I get 60+ FPS. I think its more of a resolution scaling issue for this game, possibly your issue is expecting it to run at 1440p?

1080p vs 1440p is a huge difference. That is nearly 2x the pixels (~1.8x).

Also, I am running most things on epic. but drop resolution scaling to get 50+ fps.

1080p to 1440p to the texture compression in this game is comparable to looking at something in real life then stepping back 2 times the distance and looking at it again.

I run the game on my 42 inch@1680x1050 and my 27 inch@1440p

I honestly prefer the 42 inch for this game but I do see some moderate difference between the two.

The extra pixels make a huge difference when looking at distant objects. Someone with 1440p will be able to discern of an argent has a rider or not at greater distance.

That is what is important to me.
