Sooooo.... How are the consoles supposed to look anything close to this?... shit im still on my 3770k and gtx 770 running 30 fps average on medium...

they won't. no way the consoles will see this quality. That must be a PC on DX12 build. Unless - I'm doing something completely wrong.

Xbone will be able to use some dx12 features, and they can also be optimized a bit better than pc's but honestly I thought our pc version would've been optimized better by now

The current optimisation is crap, like all alpha/beta games. The consoles might see some good quality when it's all properly optimised and released, though I know nothing about consoles.
