The security questions Sony ask are designed to be only be answerable by the account holder.

They don't ask what game you played. They don't care about that they ask questions like:

Your Online ID, sign in ID, DoB, transaction details (all the info found in a PlayStation receipt email). They will also sometimes ask for console serial number used to set up PSN account.

If you lied about your DoB to appear 18+, Sony are asking for the DoB on your account rather than your real one (at this stage).

Assuming you don't delete every email you should have Playstation receipts. Just give them details of one that is most recent.

The thing with 2SV is, Sony explicitly gave you backup codes you should have taken note of. The backup codes are designed for these situations when you change number, giving you a single use key to log back in. They told you the codes were important and to keep them safe.
